Location: 1430 Hague Drive SW Leesburg VA 20175

Parking Details: please park in marked spots in the clubhouse parking lot or along Hague drive, be mindful of driveways and fire hydrants

Wednesday Schedule:

-Pool deck will OPEN at 4:30 PM

-Warm ups for HOME TEAM (Woodlea Watermocs) will be 4:40-5:00 PM

-Warm ups for AWAY TEAM (AWAY) will be 5:00-5:20 PM

-Meet will start promptly at 5:30 PM

*Official briefings will occur at 5:00 PM. Immediately followed by Timer briefings at 5:10 PM.

-We have a HARD STOP at 9:00 PM

Schedule:

• 6:15am – Set-up crew arrives
• 6:30am – Teams Arrive
• 6:30am-6:45am Volunteer check-in
• 6:45am – Brambleton Warmups
• 7:05am – Broadlands Warmups
• 7:10am – Timers Briefing (on deck) - Corner near the DJ
• 7:10am – Officials Briefing (on deck) - Pool steps between DJ and computer table
• 7:25am – National Anthem (6Us should be lined up in chairs at this time)
• 7:30am – Start

Location: We host our meets at the Brambleton Community Center Pool, located at 42645 Regal Wood Drive. 

Parking: Parking is available in the Community Center parking lot. There will be a line of cones across the parking lot toward the pool – please do not go past them. Please note the handicapped spots and observe them appropriately. Any overflow parking is directed to the indicated “Street Parking” areas in green below. Please note only park on the sides of the streets noted in the below graphic in green. Do not park in red areas. We will have parking officials.
